Lady Elliot Island is a small coral cay located at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef, about 80km northeast of Bundaberg. The island is serviced by daily flights from Bundaberg or Hervey Bay. The waters around the island are a diver's paradise with high visibility, warm temperatures and an astonishing variety of marine life. The lagoon offers snorkellers a safe environment to observe at first hand the beauty of the reef.
The low key resort on Lady Elliot offers a range of accommodation, including permanent tents. Activities include reef and island walks, watching whales and turtles in season and hand feeding fish.
