Mollymook is a small, upmarket seaside town between Milton and Ulladulla with a great beach and a picturesque 9-hole golf course right on the sea.
The first settlers came to the area in 1859 and built a house called Molly Moke where Garside Road is today.
Mollymook is a popular area for tourists with beautiful beaches, golf courses and a surf life-saving club where surf skis are available for hire during Christmas school holidays. Next to the club is an outdoor exercise area with equipment and instructions for strengthening and stretching exercises. The local coastline offers a variety of surf conditions favoured by both experienced board and body surfers and families, with the misnamed Bogey Hole, a natural rock pool, providing safe swimming for children.
It is a region where you can indulge your passion for history in heritage rich Milton, for the unusual through the annual Scarecrow Festival in autumn, art and craft, fishing and prawning and fine food.
